BioKurogane:
As a child, Kurogane had a loving family and a father who often lead men into battle. Trained in the sword and his fathers special technique the Hama-Ryu-O Jin, he was determined to grow strong.
When he became a teenager however, trouble began. Demon vs. Humanity wars broke out and his father left to lead the men against them with his mothers blessing. His mother became ill soon afterwards, and during a prayer to the gods to become better, a sword struck her down, poking from a void in the fabric of dimensions. Kurogane found his mother being struck down. The seal warding the place broke upon his mothers death and one of the demons who was carrying Ginryu with his fathers arm was struck down. Kurogane took up his fathers sword and fell to bloodlust and madness, slaughtering the army.
The Empress of Japan then came upon the scene hours later, finding Kurogane holding his mother and soaked with blood. He tried to kill her and even her formidable powers couldn’t stop him, until Tsukiyomi stopped him with magic, and laid the lady Suwa to rest.
Princess Tomoyo, as she introduced herself to Kurogane later on, let him stay and serve her. He had his fathers sword buried with his mother, and Tomoyo had one forged for him, exactly the same.
Years later, Kurogane had grown restless and killed without hesitation. To this end, Tomoyo sent him through dimensions to the Witch of Dimensions, Yuuko Ichihara, placing a seal on Kurogane as well to teach him what it means to take life so carelessly.
Kurogane gave up his sword alongside Fai and Syaoran to gain the power to travel to worlds. Together they journeyed through many worlds, often correcting mistakes in search of Sakura’s feathers. Aided by the witch and Mokona, their faithful companion, Kurogane eventually began to open up to his companions.
Even without his sword, Kurogane remains a formidable opponent and deftly loyal to his friends and Princess Tomoyo. Travelling through worlds, he became closer to his friends, and started to teach Syaoran how to fight with a sword. Gaining the sword Sohi from a unique game-based world, he continued to journey, just recently exiting Piffle World and on the way to their next destination.
What Kurogane didn’t know, is that Hitsuzen has a WICKED sense of humor, as he and Mokona are about to find out.
Mokona:
Long ago, Yuuko Ichihara and Clow Reed encountered a curious creature, white and adorable, it revealed itself to be God, creator of several worlds. The short visit caused them to build two Mokona, one White, one Black. Their individual names were Larg and Sorel, but Kurogane knows Mokona as Mokona Modoki.
Cheerful and a mascot of the highest calibre, he can eat things ten times his size, and transport them to Yuuko, as well as serve as a communications array between the TRC team and Yuuko. Mokona is also sensitive to his friends feelings, but he also loves to tease Kurogane in tandem with Fai, and has been used as a projectile weapon.
Mokona can also sense Sakura’s feathers, his eyes opening and proclaiming “Mekkyo!” when its power grows close. He can also store various items and objects by swallowing and spitting them out. Mokona loves food, and dances around with a cute voice and expression.
When he and Kurogane arrive in the digital world however, Mokona finds himself cut off from his twin and Yuuko for the first time, something that frightens the new Tamer.
Character personality- Serious and perspective, Kurogane is a top notch swordsman with a lot to learn. Loyal and open to those who he knows and trusts, he is also easily provoked into comedic reactions as with Fai and Mokona in tandem.
Under a curse to grow weaker with every life he takes, Kurogane is always seeking a way to get back home, even if he has to owe the Witch Yuuko with everything he’s got, even his precious sword.
Despite this, Kurogane has the tendency to react to the simplest things, but can become intense at a moments notice.
Mokona is always cheerful and loves to eat, as well as playing with Kurogane. Even in the digital world, this doesn’t change, even though he’s cut off from Yuuko and the others. Despite this, they decide to see if there’s a feather in the world, even though the powers that be often lead them to worlds without one.
